- Please understand that when you forget Your Journey without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill another patron's Journey appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
- Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of $25.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 25% of the reserved service amount. (Contact)
- Any multiple services, combos, or last-minute bookings must be held with a credit card. A "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

REFUND POLICY
A Journey to Honor Delight Themselves & Clients by Providing exceptional customer service, accommodations, and styling.
We do not issue refunds for salon services. If you are not satisfied with the work we've done, we ask that you return to the salon so that your hair can be inspected. At that time, we'll make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the first service. Adjustments are available at no cost and only within two days of the initial service.
Note: IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON. IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY AND TO RESEARCH THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE*
ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION.
